At Tsiligkiris, we offer kitchen cabinet boxes crafted from high-quality materials that ensure exceptional durability and stability for your space. Our cabinet boxes are manufactured from E1-grade particle board with a melamine finish and come in a wide spectrum of colors from renowned brands such as AKRITAS, EGGER, KASTAMONU, and KAINDL—allowing you to select the design that best complements your personal décor.
The cabinet carcass frame—including sides, bottoms, and tops—is built with 18 mm-thick melamine panels, while the back panel is 8 mm thick for outstanding rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Moreover, the back is mounted with an 8 mm clearance from the wall, enabling the cabinet box to “breathe” and preventing moisture absorption.
The visible edges of the cabinet box are banded with REHAU PVC (Germany), using German HENKEL polyurethane adhesives that are highly resistant to moisture and heat. This process guarantees long-term durability and a flawless finish.
The cabinet includes shelves in 18 mm and 25 mm thickness, adjustable and repositionable via stainless-steel supports for maximum usability. For the base units, we fit adjustable VOLPATO feet (Italy) made of ABS, providing exceptional strength and stability under heavy loads without relying on plastic components. Wall-mounted cabinets are installed with three-position hangers, offering even greater flexibility and load-bearing capacity.
